Consultation
The consultation process is informal and timely, as we can usually handle everything in about 1 hour. We will go over different design options to utilize your space efficiently, as well as various material options to fit your individual needs.
You will be provided with a full proposal containing all of the details within 5 business days and we will honor that proposal for 30 days, leaving you time to weigh your options. A contract will be provided which will be signed by the client and contractor to ensure we are both well informed and clear on the details of the project.
Jobsite
We stick to our start and end dates on every project
We clean up debris throughout each day, every day
We don’t let lumber sit in one spot for more than 3 days to keep the grass from being damaged
Permits/Inspections
We handle all permit and inspection responsibilities
Project will be built to code in your city
Utilities/HOA’s
We will have all utilities marked in work area prior to digging piers
Upon request, we will handle all communication with your HOA
